1. Assist FM or FC in carrying out all accounting functions related to the Expenditure / Revenue area of the station.
2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of expense transactions in station books of accounts, assisting FM or FC.
3. Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions in station books of accounts, assisting FM or FC.
4. Deputise for the supervisor during leave.
5. Liaise with all department heads at HDQ as required by the supervisor.
6. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
MAIN DUTIES
The Account Officer assists the Finance Manager (FM) or Financial Controller (FC). Responsibilities vary depending on station operations and requirements. The role involves working in both revenue and expenditure areas, with duties tailored accordingly. These duties are indicative and subject to change based on operational needs, laws, and Head Office requirements.

Experience
3-5 years in accounting and finance, preferably with airline expenditure and revenue accounting experience.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
2. Good accounting knowledge.
3. Fluency in written and spoken English.
