Job Requirements

• MBA / Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of real estate sales experience
• Serves as the champion for pipeline management including working with origination sources and management in establishing projections on a monthly basis, communicating the projected goals and providing status updates
• Provide hands on supervision and support to staff and monitoring their workload in order to efficiently manage sales goals, objectives, performance, and deadlines
• Excellent communication, persuasion and presentation skills
• Target based lucrative incentive
• Must own a car

Job Specification

A solid technical sales background and business development experience.

Must have previous experience in selling in the following segments : Real Estate Agent, New Development Projects, Technical Sales of Software.

Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.

Showing maturity and taking responsibility is a key skill.

Good command of English (both written and spoken).
