MTBC seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to direct and implement strategies for sales, advertising, and general market placement. This person will execute decisions that may affect all aspects of an organization’s financial health. He will help determine the efficiency of such marketing directives and identify ways to adjust campaigns to best engage target consumers / customers / partners. Moreover, he / she is responsible for managing marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities at a company or organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.
Marketing Manager Duties & Responsibilities :
- Identify potential markets
- Oversee new product introductions / campaigns
- Develop pricing strategies
- Supervise direct and indirect staff
- Plan marketing and branding objectives
- Expand product solutions and offerings
- Design print ads and publications
- Coordinate with internal departments to optimize customer service strategy
- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities
