Job Description

Lead generation of prospects, quoting and selling the relevant policy or policies.

  • Cross-selling various insurance products over the phone, persuasive emails, etc.
  • Generating applications, attaching files, rating quoting, and preparing an XL sheet of comps with all companies.
  • Prudently follow up with companies for policies downloaded and received via email.
  • Sharing weekly statistics with designated team lead in the form of a presentation.
  • Liaise with clients via email as well as inbound / outbound calls.
  • Deliver remarkable customer service through empathy and professionalism.
  • Improve the knowledge base and training materials to help users.
  • Be organized and meticulous in handling critical and confidential data.
  • Assist with process improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications as well as G-Sheets.
  • Should have a laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and a 1.3 Core Processor.
  • He / she should have backup Internet and power.
  • Should preferably have a stable fiber optic connection with a static IP which is whitelisted from PTA.
  • He / She should be comfortable using VPN and ideally should have PTA-approved VPN status.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Should have knowledge of social media to generate and close leads.
  • Committed and honest towards his job.
  • Smart enough to browse and get information online.
  • Would be an add-on if he has worked for a US company before.
  • Efficient in multi-tasking.
  • Comfortable with night shifts.
