Overview
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Consultants to join our growing real estate team. Whether you are a fresh graduate eager to start your career or a professional with up to 10 years of sales experience , this role provides an excellent opportunity to excel in the property sales industry with structured training, attractive commissions, and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote property sales.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Source, generate, and follow up on leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM / software.
- Participate in open house events, sales exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus.Experience
Fresh graduates with strong communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply.Experienced professionals (up to 10 years in real estate / property sales or related industries) will be given preference.Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Urdu).Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.Compensation
