Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social platforms.
Provide accurate and clear information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating advanced or complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Identify recurring issues and share feedback with internal teams for improvement.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in customer service or customer support (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and support tools.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
