EST About the Role We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused

Digital Marketing Manager (B2B)

to lead and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketing leader who can blend creativity with data-driven strategies to drive pipeline growth and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the latest B2B marketing trends, and can oversee multi-channel initiatives across paid, organic, outbound, and brand marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy

that drives both growth and brand awareness.

Own the marketing funnel end-to-end — from inbound and demand generation to lead nurturing and brand positioning.

Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across

paid media, inbound and outbound marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, content, and strategic partnerships .

Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously experiment with innovative approaches to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.

Partner closely with leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment between

marketing efforts and revenue goals .

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (in-house or through external resources as needed).

Track, analyze, and report on

marketing performance metrics , ensuring measurable ROI across all initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in

B2B marketing leadership , ideally as Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or similar senior role.

Strong track record of driving measurable growth through

ads, outbound campaigns, organic strategies, and brand marketing .

Deep understanding of modern

B2B marketing trends, tools, and strategies

(e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, outreach platforms, analytics tools).

A creative strategist with the ability to execute hands-on when required.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
