About the Role

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Fullstack Engineer who’s passionate about keeping things simple and helping our clients and coaches thrive in their careers.

You’ll report directly to Dima, our technical lead, and be trusted to work independently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Front end : Vue and Astro. 7+ years of experience building frontend screens. Pixel‑perfect interfaces from Figma wireframes. Experience in Vue and Astro is a plus.
• Back end : Python and SQL. 7+ years of experience building backend applications. Experience with Python and SQL. Django and PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
• You’re empathetic to users. You care about user impact and keep it simple.
• You’re a good communicator. Fluent English. Comfortable with video calls, Slack, email.
• 7+ years experience in fullstack web development
• High quality bar — you care about maintaining high quality in your code
• High speed bar — you care about shipping things fast and making an impact
• User mindset — you care about building something that’s helpful for users
• Business mindset — you care about the business doing well
