Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Executive to help grow our T-shirt business by generating new opportunities, scheduling in-person appointments, and cold calling both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proven sales experience and the drive to grow into a full-cycle sales professional.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Set appointments or gather details for the business owner and sales team to quote
- Contact existing clients to introduce new services (T-Shirts) and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM
- Learn the printing and T-shirt industry, product offerings, and customer pain points to effectively communicate value.
Must Haves
2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong organisational and follow-up abilitiesComfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreachSelf‑motivated with a proactive, hunter mindsetWillingness to learn the printing and t‑shirt business and take on more responsibility over timeNice to Have
