Overview

TurmSkin is seeking a top candidate for a full-time, remote role : Senior Direct Response Ads Video Editor. You will create engaging short-form video content that drives innovation and creativity on digital platforms. Compensation : USD 800 - 2K per month plus bonuses (up to 20% of base). Location : Remote (anywhere). Responsibilities

Receive scripts with required b-roll, Talking Heads or VO; creatively add effects, audio design, and produce an engaging base edit. Collaborate with a dedicated team, including the Creative Director and Content Strategist. Deliver approximately 4-6 edited video bodies and 7-10 hook variants for review with revisions within two days of assignment. Collaborate with team to share knowledge and maintain project consistency. Embrace revisions to achieve high-quality content. Innovate and experiment with new techniques to keep content engaging. Participate in daily status meetings with the Creative Director and team. Work closely with the Creative Director and Content Strategist to align on vision and output. Qualifications & Requirements

English : Fully fluent. Minimum 2+ years of experience in video editing. Proficiency in ElevenLabs, Digital content creation, Content editing, ChatGPT, Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects is desirable. Experience creating fast-paced content for Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok; ability to grab attention quickly and sustain engagement. Experience with scripted content and awareness of current editing trends. Ability to harmonize visual elements with audio design and effectively use VFX. Graphic Design experience is a plus. Tools & Skills

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (preferred). AI tools for audio enhancement (e.g., ElevenLabs) and scripting (e.g., ChatGPT). Audio design, sound effects, and visual effects integration. Benefits & Working Style
