We are looking for a Software Architect in the Apps & Data solution area, specializing in Microsoft Azure Cloud, who is passionate about driving our customers’ business applications & AI transformation on Microsoft Azure. This is a customer-facing role, owning both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Tkxel, helping customers to leverage their investments through architecture, implementation and operational engagements.

Responsibilities

Solution Design : Architect end-to-end Software solutions that integrate Azure application services, infrastructure, and data services to meet diverse business needs.

Customer Centric : Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, becoming a trusted advisor to customers and partners, leveraging Microsoft Azure Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.

Customer / Partner Insights : Provide feedback & insights from customers / partners back to the relevant teams including Sales and PMO, enabling continuous improvement.

Accelerate Value Realization : Engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement and usage of Microsoft Azure, securing long-term customer engagements, galvanize technical and sales experts around opportunities to develop customer specific roadmaps.

Business Impact : Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure they understand Tkxel’s value proposition and gain value from their investments.

Resolution of Customer Blockers : Identify resolutions to issues blocking go‑live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft services & technical subject matter expertise.

Technical Leadership : Demonstrate a self‑learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team / area demands and Customer Success goals.

Accelerate Customer Outcomes : Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP reuse and learn from others to help accelerate your customers’ transformation journey.

Organize, govern, and participate in architecture design sessions within Tkxel and with customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business.

4+ years experience in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

5+ years experience in Software Engineering.

Information technology (IT) consulting experience.

4+ years experience in Solution Architecture & Design.

Understanding of at least one DBMS (MySQL, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Preferred : 8+ years experience in cloud / infrastructure technologies, IT consulting / support, systems administration, network operations, software development / support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and / or consulting; OR Master's Degree with 6+ years experience in similar fields.

4+ years as a cloud solution architect focusing on Microsoft Azure.

4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (internal and / or external).

4+ years experience working on technical projects.

Presentation skills with high comfort for large and small audiences.

Collaboration and communication : Evidenced ability to drive decisions collaboratively, resolve conflicts, and ensure follow‑through with strong verbal and written communication skills.
