Job Summary :

The incumbent will be required to head the commercial audit field operations across Pakistan. In addition, the position entails extensive travel across Pakistan (approximately around 10 days or more per month) Key Responsibilities

Supervise and plan region wise commercial audit activities and oversee the commercial audit regional team. Liaison with the Commercial Compliance, Trade & Distribution and Sales teams across Pakistan and review their activities. Collaborate with the Company's distributor and review their operations related to Getz Pharma. Escalate audit findings along with recommended action plans to the senior management. Compile and present all commercial audit reports to the head of internal audit & compliance on a periodic basis. Conduct commercial field audits including inquires and investigations related to inter-territory sales, fake sales, fake calls, inappropriate discounts etc. Report to the Head of Internal Audit & Compliance regarding the activities of commercial audit activities. Review and present internal audit reports to the senior management and monitor & follow-up the actions taken by management in response to the audit findings. Key Requirements

The candidate must have / be : a minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA or a degree in related disciplines approximately 8 to 16 years of relevant work experience preferably distribution experience in pharmaceuticals Ideally located in either Lahore or Islamabad. In depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and promotional activities and practices. Positive relationships and links with both the distributors and customer base of pharmaceutical industry, and good team management skills Well versed in MS Office, and hands on experience with the prevailing ERPs and sales force applications.
