Monitor progress, set timelines, and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain quality and consistency across all projects. Report project updates to management. Proven experience in project management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects at once. Familiarity with ebook platforms, publishing tools, and industry trends.
