Responsibilities include case management, hospital visits, and entry of case notes into the system. You will attend the hotline for initial approval, resolve hospital and client queries, and facilitate the Medical Team in the head office, ensuring timely approval for eligible cases in your region. Provide justification for admitted cases to reduce prolonged stays and prevent the rejection of unjustified cases. Additionally, you will check OPD claims for specific clients, enlist hospitals, and negotiate rates with existing hospitals after final approval from the Head of Department. Client presentations and visits will be conducted upon request, along with verification of claims as per requests. Job Specification
