Responsibilities
- Handle all queries related to assigned customers.
- Provide email- and telephone-based support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical departments.
- Engage senior technical staff as needed for troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively.
- Generate invoices for assigned customers.
Skills Required
