Design Consultant (Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes)

Interwood Mobel is seeking a passionate and skilled Design Consultant KDW (Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes) to join our team. The role involves providing expert design guidance and innovative solutions for our clients' kitchen, door, and wardrobe projects. You will work closely with customers from the initial design phase through to installation, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete customer experience, including measurements, 3D design creation, proposal finalization, installation supervision, and post-installation follow-up.
• Meet sales targets by managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations and orders, and maintaining relationships with architects and contractors.
• Conduct site visits at critical stages, oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, and address client complaints effectively.
• Track client payments, coordinate with SCM for product deliveries, and resolve delays or partial deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
