Production Manager (Towels / Textiles)

Sultex Industries is seeking a skilled Production Manager specializing in towels and textile manufacturing to lead a team of five. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities related to towel and textile manufacturing to ensure efficient operations and high product quality.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of five production staff to meet production targets while maintaining a positive and safe workplace.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards across all stages of textile production, ensuring products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting and cost control measures to ensure production expenses align with financial goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations to provide a risk-free working environment for all employees.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on process improvements, cost reduction, and product quality enhancement.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and logistics to coordinate production schedules and resource availability.
• Evaluate workforce performance and provide training or development plans to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Prepare production reports and analyze key performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and operational adjustments.
