UI / UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI / UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, combined with a deep understanding of user-centric principles and best practices. You will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities :

Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into user-friendly designs. Conduct user research, ability testing, and analyze feedback to refine and improve designs. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with brand guidelines. Stay updated on UI / UX trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality of designs. Optimize designs for various devices and resolutions, ensuring responsive and accessible interfaces. Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all projects. Assist in defining user personas and journey maps to inform design strategies. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A / B testing results, and analytics. Requirements :

Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies. Knowledge of HTML / CSS and the ability to communicate effectively with developers. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing usability and functionality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices. A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with user research methods and tools is a plus.
