Overview

We are expanding our sales team and are seeking a tire industry sales professional to lead the sales department. As a sales manager for a tire company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. With at least 6 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, you should be familiar with the sales process, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to identify opportunities for growth. Note : Candidates with tire industry experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company\'s objectives.
  • Lead the sales team, ensure targets are met, and provide training, support, and coaching.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Hire new team members and contribute to talent acquisition for the sales function.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the tire industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
