Position Overview :
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in bidding and client management on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. The perfect candidate is a self-starter who knows how to find the right projects, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive sales through both new and existing business. If you have a knack for identifying opportunities and a passion for helping clients succeed, this role could be a great fit for you!
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Bidding on Projects : Finding the right Upwork and Fiverr opportunities to secure exciting new projects and grow our client base.
- Client Communication : Building rapport and understanding client needs to offer them the best possible solutions.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling : Helping our clients discover more of our services while ensuring we’re meeting their current needs.
- Building Relationships : We’re all about long-term partnerships, so you’ll be the one nurturing those relationships to keep clients coming back.
- Hitting Targets : Working with your team to meet sales targets, helping to drive our success forward.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : You’ve got at least 2 years of experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms and know how to win clients.Education : A background in Business, Marketing, or something related is great, but we care more about what you’ve done and how you’ve performed.Skills :You know Upwork and Fiverr inside and out, and you’re a master at securing projects.You’re a great communicator, both in writing and on the phone.Sales and negotiation come naturally to you.You’re organized and manage your time effectively.You have the ability to analyze results and tweak strategies to keep improving.Bonus Points If You Have :
Experience on other freelance platforms like Freelancer or PeoplePerHour.A good understanding of digital marketing or SEO.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.What We Offer :
