Understanding of social media platforms and how visuals perform on each platform. Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines. Ability to create content based on creative briefs, demonstrating a self-starter mentality. Experience with tools such as Veed, Social Champ, and Descript. Key Responsibilities :
- Create visually stunning and engaging content for social media platforms, including static posts, reels, carousels, and hiring ads.
- Develop graphics and visuals that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our messaging.
- Conceptualize and design infographics, mockups, and other multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create internal communication graphics for work anniversary posts, birthday celebrations, promotions, and more.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.
