Description

• Achieve sales and Couple Years of Protection (CYP) targets for your assigned areas.
• Recruit, develop, and retain Medical Information Officers (MIOs), ensuring they meet their KPIs and maintain strong field presence.
• Implement organizational policies and monitor field sales and operational SOPs at provider locations and pharmacies.
• Track and evaluate MIO and distributor sales force performance through regular reviews, reporting, and action planning.
• Maintain quality records of providers and ensure timely submission of accurate work plans, reports, and expenses.
• Oversee the execution of marketing plans and provider visit tracking, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
