Fabrication Manager

Analyse and evaluate procurement & sourcing of requisition for locally fabricated parts for rice mill based over Steel structures.>

Determine appropriateness of sole manufacturers, fabricators, and engineers.>

Manage all the detailed technical and contractual requirements with vendors and interpret, clarify, inform and resolve procurement issues.>

Coordinate with the local and international team involved in project.>

Supervision of technical aspects of the project. Job Specification

• Above 8 years experience in similar field.- BE Mechanical / Civil / Material Sciences.- Must have sound knowledge of Structural Steel / Fabrication Engineering & Design.- Experience in structural designing, fabrication and execution is required.- Exposure to State of Art Rice Milling Machines, Systems and Management practices.- Must be familiar with milling industry (preferably with rice milling),- Must be well integrated in milling machinery and fabrication industry.- Solid engineering & procurement related skills.- Familiarity with Ms Office.- Strong communication skill.- Strong project management skill.- Willing and able to do frequent travelling.- Willing to work 'hands-on' with involvement in operations, problem solving, supplier relations.- Good spoken and written English (a plus).- Integrity and result-driven.- Team work spirit.
