The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven TikTok Creator Affiliate Manager to be the bridge between us and our community of creators. Your primary mission will be to recruit, onboard, and nurture a network of TikTok creators into our affiliate program. You will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships, empowering creators to succeed, and driving significant revenue growth through their content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Creator Recruitment & Sourcing : Proactively identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential TikTok creators whose audience and content align with our brand and target demographic.
• Onboarding & Education : Guide new creators through a seamless onboarding process, educating them on our platform, our affiliate program mechanics, and best practices for promoting products.
• Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio of creators. Build strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication, check-ins, and strategic support.
• Strategy & Growth : Work collaboratively with creators to develop effective content and promotion strategies that drive conversions and maximize their earning potential.
• Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for the affiliate program, including sales, conversion rates, and creator performance. Use these insights to optimize the program.
• Community Building : Foster a sense of community among our creators, encouraging collaboration and sharing of best practices.
• Feedback Loop : Act as the "voice of the creator" within our, providing critical feedback from creators to our product, marketing, and operations teams to help improve our platform and services.
