SEO Manager

Develop and execute a strategy to gain, attain, and maintain website traffic and ranking for the particular project and manage, monitor, and engage in search engine marketing and communities.

Own online communities, blogs, message boards, and email discussion groups to generate exposure, brand building, and sales.

Perform competitive analysis and make strategic recommendations to the leadership team on emerging trends and opportunities to drive innovation and retain competitive advantage.

Identify opportunities and develop plans / proposals for implementing media advertisement to generate maximum ROI.

Responsible for Online Reputation Management.

Team Handling :

Ability to lead and motivate a small team.

Highly motivated and 'can-do' attitude.

Ability to manage all the activities, work, attitude, and behavior of the team members.

Conduct monthly team reviews and ratings based on performance.

Job Specification

Responsibilities :

To deliver SEO projects for international clients.

To lead a team of managers & executives to develop and execute online marketing projects for end clients & partners.

To keep up pace with the latest updates in SEO algorithms and internet marketing industry trends to keep the team informed about the latest practices.

To coordinate with the Design & Development teams to sort out On-Page Implementation.

To involve with Content Writers to communicate requirements and get the content written according to project requirements.

To assist the Sales team with pre-sales analysis & quotations.

To manage a team of 10-12 Junior & Senior SEO Executives and guide / groom the team as required.

To plan resource allocation and manage daily / weekly reports of the seniors.

Skills & Experience :

• In-depth experience of handling SEO projects and managing a team size of 10-12.

Knowledge & experience of handling PPC projects would be a plus but not mandatory.

Experience of dealing with international clients.

Knowledge & experience of web analytics & conversion rate optimization.

Experience of working with popular keyword research and other SEO tools.

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and popular CMS systems for website administration.

Strong analytical ability is a must for this position.

Good written & verbal communication skills.

A candidate with a technical / programming background and coding ability would be preferred but is not mandatory.
