Overview
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers with the goal of selling products and services. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with information about new products and services and addressing any concerns they may have. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. Handle customer questions and objections in a professional and courteous manner. Follow up with customers after each call to ensure their needs are being met. Stay up-to-date on all product and service changes. Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions. Report any issues or concerns to your manager in a timely manner. Assist other team members with their sales calls when needed.
