We are seeking a highly-analytical and proactive Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) to join on an assignment-to-assignment basis . This is a hands-on role designed for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be at the heart of the business, providing the insights that guide critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities : What You'll Do
You will be the go-to expert for financial intelligence, directly supporting the lending business through :
- Business Modeling : Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate new lending products, pricing strategies, profitability, and scenario planning (e.g., impact of changing interest rates, credit risk).
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Develop, manage, and refine annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor performance against targets and analyze variances.
- Forecasting & Analysis : Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting of key financial metrics (e.g., Gross Returns, Net Interest Income, Return on Equity, Cost of Funds, Credit Loss Provisions).
- Management Reporting : Create insightful dashboards and performance reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Strategic Planning : Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations on growth initiatives, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
Who We Are Looking For : The Ideal Candidate
Proven Experience : Demonstrable experience in an FP&A, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably within the Banking, Lending, or Financial Services sector .Technical Skills Mastery : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query) is essential. Strong experience building and auditing complex financial models .Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau ) is a significant advantage.Familiarity with ERP systems.Analytical Mindset :
You have a curious mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable business insights.
