We are seeking a highly-analytical and proactive Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) to join on an assignment-to-assignment basis . This is a hands-on role designed for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be at the heart of the business, providing the insights that guide critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities : What You'll Do

You will be the go-to expert for financial intelligence, directly supporting the lending business through :

• Business Modeling : Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate new lending products, pricing strategies, profitability, and scenario planning (e.g., impact of changing interest rates, credit risk).
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Develop, manage, and refine annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor performance against targets and analyze variances.
• Forecasting & Analysis : Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting of key financial metrics (e.g., Gross Returns, Net Interest Income, Return on Equity, Cost of Funds, Credit Loss Provisions).
• Management Reporting : Create insightful dashboards and performance reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strategic Planning : Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations on growth initiatives, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
