Job Summary :

Collaborate with clients and project managers to gather necessary information for grant applications. Develop and maintain a grant proposal tracking system to monitor deadlines and submission statuses. Edit and revise proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of proposals to clients and management. Stay updated on trends and best practices in grant writing and funding opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals. Familiarity with grant writing processes, procedures, and funding sources. Strong research skills and the ability to assess complex information quickly. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of the nonprofit sector and its funding landscape is a plus. Experience :

Previous experience in grant writing or a related field is highly preferred. Experience with nonprofit organizations, fundraising, or project management is a plus. A portfolio of successful grant proposals is an added advantage. Working Hours :
