UI / UX Designer

to join our growing team. You will design, develop, and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will also be responsible for collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of usability, creativity, and performance.

Create engaging and user-friendly interface designs.

Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for digital products.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements and platforms.

Stay updated with current UI / UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

Common responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

Design and deliver user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.

Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and scalability.

Present and justify design decisions based on user research and best practices.

Continuously optimize the user experience based on analytics and insights.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
