UX Designer (Night Shift)

In this role, you will work closely with the product management and the design team to research and determine requirements, articulate user needs, and translate those needs into concepts and elegant interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Use different techniques to identify and understand users and their needs, so that you can translate user stories and propose user-focused, evidence-based design approaches to meet these needs.
• Develop the process or approach for tackling a problem.
• Work closely with the product management and lead the design team to research and determine requirements, articulate user needs, and translate those needs into concepts and elegant interface designs.
• Show a deep understanding of the products and competitors in the solutions.
• Design accessible and impactful products and services for public and private sector clients.
• Employ a wide range of skills, interviewing users, creating detailed plans, understanding and extrapolating data, facilitating workshops, presenting research findings and more.
• Visualize, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts, and make disciplined decisions based on available information and research evidence.
• Apply technical knowledge and experience to create or design interactive prototypes, both products and services.
• Understand and resolve design-centric disputes across varying levels of complexity and risk.
• You can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and use an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid Agile delivery.
• Communicate effectively across organizational and technical boundaries, understanding the context and making complex and technical information simple and accessible for non-technical audiences.
