Junior AI / Automation Developer (LLM Applications)

Job Description

We are seeking a

Junior AI / Automation Developer with a strong interest in

Large Language Models (LLMs) , automation workflows , and

generative AI tools . The role involves building and integrating intelligent assistants, automation pipelines, and content generation tools using

open-source AI frameworks

and third-party APIs . You will work on projects like : Building

virtual assistants

(chat-based and voice-enabled) Developing

AI-powered calling agents (speech-to-text + text-to-speech + LLM logic) Creating

appointment booking bots

integrated with calendars / CRMs Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and deploying

LLM-based applications Integrate

AI models

with APIs, databases, and automation workflows Work with

speech-to-text and text-to-speech APIs (e.g., Whisper, Coqui, ElevenLabs) Build automation flows using

LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, Airflow, or equivalent Implement

prompt engineering

and

model fine-tuning

for better outputs Collaborate on projects involving

image generation (Stable Diffusion, OpenAI DALL

• E, or similar) Deploy applications using

Docker / FastAPI / Flask and connect with

front-end or mobile apps Maintain clear documentation and reusable code Required Skills

Python

(good understanding of scripting & APIs) Familiarity with

LLMs

(OpenAI, Ollama, HuggingFace Transformers, etc.) Basic knowledge of

automation tools

(n8n, vapi, make.com , LangChain, or Zapier-like platforms) Experience with

REST APIs / WebSockets Understanding of

speech processing

(STT / TTS) and

image generation APIs Knowledge of

Docker

and basic deployment practices Ability to quickly learn and work with

open-source AI solutions Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with

vector databases

(FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Chroma) Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(GCP, AWS, Azure) Prior work on

chatbots, voice agents, or automation systems 1–1.5 years

of experience (fresh graduates are welcome if they have strong projects) Enthusiastic about

AI + automation

and eager to explore new tools Comfortable working with

open-source solutions Able to

prototype quickly

and iterate fast Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset
