Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Research and Development Specialist located in Islamabad. The R&D Specialist will conduct research, perform data analysis, and develop innovative solutions to support the foundation’s educational initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments, maintaining laboratory records, preparing reports, helping to develop educational materials, and collaborating with team members to improve educational programs.

Research and Development (R&D) and Laboratory Skills

Analytical Skills and Research abilities

Strong Communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment

Relevant experience in educational research is a plus

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Research, or a related field
