Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Store maintenance, stock recording, ordering, tracking of items and parked items in hospitals.
• Maintaining record of case details, invoicing and delivery notes.
• Keeping track of instruments, implants delivery and returns.
• Quotation and letter preparation.
• Providing support in tender preparation and documentation.
• Preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports.
• Coordinating with the sales team and manager.
• Maintaining the meeting schedules of the team.
• Working under pressure.

Requirements

Must be excellent at MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge would be a plus.

Qualification : Minimum bachelor’s degree.

Experience : 1–2 years.

Priority will be given to those who have a medical background or working experience in the medical field.
