Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and execute high‑value sales actions, including upselling, cross‑selling, and product bundling to maximize the Average Order Value (AOV).

Implement targeted strategies for abandoned cart assistance, subscription recovery, and winback campaigns to recapture lost sales and boost Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Serve as the brand’s voice via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, providing personalized product guidance and expert inquiry resolution.

Deliver a high‑end, consultative experience that aligns with the brand’s identity, making every customer feel valued throughout their journey.

Accurately log customer interactions and sales data, monitoring feedback trends to drive continuous improvements in CX and sales workflow.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1+ year of remote / online e‑commerce sales and customer support experience, comfortable with upselling, recovery, and conversion.

Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly and convert conversations into closed sales.

Working knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and CRM / customer engagement tools.

Goal‑oriented, self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance remote environment.
