B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture or MBA in Agribusiness Management Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the agri-input sector within the specified market Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Field Agronomists to achieve project objectives Plan and oversee project execution at a micro level, assign daily tasks, and ensure smooth field operations Act as a self-starter — initiate new projects from the ground up and manage them to successful outcomes Understand farmer behaviour, organise farmer meetings, address their concerns, and build strong relationships Manage agri-input sales operations and demand generation initiatives in the assigned region Prepare reports, monitor project progress, and present timely updates to clients and senior management Willingness to travel extensively across project locations, especially during peak crop seasons, for on-ground supervision and farmer engagement Why Join Us?
