Salary Range : PKR 60,000 - PKR 100,000
Working Hours : 4 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM
Location : Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, offer letters, and final negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and job applications in the recruitment system.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Support the development of recruitment strategies and help drive initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Specification
