Responsibilities :

• Handling administrative tasks, customer complaints, and issues.
• Managing incoming calls and other communications.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
• Updating report formats as per management instructions.
• Preparing and submitting weekly progress reports on time.
• Acquiring data for report preparation.
• Performing other duties as requested by the CEO.
