Sales Executives

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with exceptional English language skills to join our call center team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing deals. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and persuade customers will be crucial in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Outbound Sales Calls : Initiate and engage in outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services.

2. Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

3. Customer Engagement : Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.

4. Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.

Qualifications :

• Fluent English : Exceptional verbal and written English language skills are mandatory.
• Previous Sales Experience : Prior experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Communication Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Sales Driven : A results-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for sales.
• Adaptability : Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and objections.
• Computer Literacy : Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Positive Attitude : A positive and resilient attitude towards sales challenges.
• Education :

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field may be an advantage but is not mandatory.
