Manager – Enterprise Risk Management

Job responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and enhance the ERM and Operational Risk Management frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Oversee Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Risk Registers, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Loss Event Data tracking.

Lead the Fraud Risk Management process — including fraud risk assessments, control reviews, trend monitoring, and coordination with relevant stakeholders for investigation and mitigation.

Implement proactive operational and fraud risk controls across business, operations, and digital channels.

Oversee information security, cyber, vendor, and data risk assessments to strengthen control effectiveness.

Monitor ESG and reputational risks and integrate these into enterprise risk reporting.

Prepare ERM dashboards, risk appetite monitoring reports, and Board-level risk presentations.

Support business continuity, incident management, and crisis response planning.

Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and risk awareness sessions to strengthen risk culture.
