Hiring a Full-Time Video Editor for My Personal Brand (On-Site – Lahore, Bahria Town) Join Our Creative Team Hey there! This is Waqas Ahmed. I run Ahmed Solutions, a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses scale with social media advertising and sales. However, this role is primarily for my personal brand, where you’ll be responsible for editing YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and creating thumbnails.

In addition to video editing for my personal brand, you will occasionally assist with agency client projects, including ad creatives, social media post designs, and other relevant creative work during your free time. This ensures a well-rounded experience while keeping your main focus on high-quality video editing.

Future Growth Opportunity As our client base expands, this role will transition exclusively to video editing and content creation for my personal brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Editing YouTube Videos – Long‑form content (2‑3 hours daily) with engaging storytelling, pacing, and effects.

Thumbnail Design – Craft eye‑catching YouTube & Instagram thumbnails using Photoshop.

Editing Video Ads & Promotional Content – Assist in high‑converting ad creatives for our agency’s clients as needed.

Social Media Post Design – Occasionally design static posts for Facebook & Instagram.

Collaborating on Creative Projects – Work with me and the team on branding, motion graphics, and innovative content ideas.

Working with Our Organic Growth Specialist – Collaborate closely with our Organic Growth Specialist to optimize performance metrics such as thumbnail effectiveness, hook rate, hold rate, and engagement.

Staying Updated – Keep up with trends in video editing, social media, and digital advertising.

What We’re Looking For

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro – 3+ years of experience for seamless video editing.

Photoshop Skills – Ability to create high‑quality thumbnails and visual assets.

Bonus Skills in Final Cut Pro or ScreenFlow – Prior experience with Mac OS and Apple ecosystem is a huge plus.

Strong Storytelling & Editing Sense – Understanding of pacing, transitions, and audience engagement.

Experience with Social Media & Paid Ad Editing – Ability to create engaging, fast‑paced content for Instagram, YouTube, and digital ads.

Creativity & Initiative – Someone who brings new ideas and solutions.

Detail‑Oriented & Efficient – Able to maintain high standards while working at a fast pace.

Understanding Digital Marketing & Consumer Psychology – Experience running ads, understanding buyer personas, and implementing creative strategies is a plus.

High Standards & Focused Work Ethic – This job requires utmost focus; every cut, transition, and creative decision matters.

Work Schedule & Location

On‑Site Job – Sector E, Bahria Town, Lahore (No remote work option).

Monday to Saturday, 3 PM to 11 PM PKT.

Salary & Perks

Starting Salary : PKR 70,000 per month.

Performance‑Based Growth – Potential to earn PKR 100,000+ within 3–6 months based on results.

Performance Bonuses – Additional incentives for exceptional work.

Travel Allowance – If you live more than 30 minutes away from Lahore, we offer an additional PKR 20,000 travel package.

Probation Period : 3 to 6 months, depending on experience and performance.

This is a full‑time position, and you cannot work with any other company or freelance clients while employed.
