Position Overview Remote Sales Representative in the Mass Markets team. The role supports outbound sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of well-known clients. You’ll engage with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building. Prior call center experience is required and you must reside within 80 km of our office. Being bilingual is highly advantageous.
Position Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present and promote products and services effectively.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training.
Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Candidate Qualifications
18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous call center experience.
Work-from-home experience.
Strong command of the English language with high typing speed (20+ WPM).
High‑speed internet connection and an appropriate, quiet work environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
Compensation and Benefits Starting compensation is based on experience and includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and a benefits package that covers medical (HMO), dental, and dependent coverage. Physical Requirements Office environment : largely sedentary with long periods of sitting / standing; requires ability to sit, stand, use a computer, telephone headset, and move objects up to 40 pounds.
