Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Islamabad. The role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with buyers and developers, and promoting real estate opportunities effectively. Daily tasks include conducting property presentations, closing deals, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance client engagement. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and generating revenue growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of real estate markets, property trends, and investment strategies is an advantage
• Ability to meet targets, work under pressure, and adapt to dynamic client needs
• Fluency in both spoken and written English; familiarity with Urdu and regional languages is a plus
• Relevant experience in real estate, advertising, or a related industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
