Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Start-up and commissioning of Thermal systems.
Performing Preventive maintenance on site for customers in the Central region.
Troubleshooting different onsite issues.
Support different customers onsite in the Central region.
Email and on-phone support wherever required.
Customer site support if and when required as per required response and resolution set in SLA (contract).
Assisting both South and North regional Thermal CE.

Background / Experience Required :

The resource should have good knowledge of Precision cooling systems and grip on monitoring systems as an addition will be preferred.

Should have worked with data center precision cooling and knowledge of chillers.

Hands-on experience of around 4-5 years in Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of thermal units, Vertiv experience will be preferred.

Should be very good in communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing the issues.

Capable to work in a challenging atmosphere.
