Senior Consultant / AM – Governance, Risk & Compliance, Internal control (Full time Job)

Looking for an ACCA-qualified professional with 3–8 years of experience in Governance & Risk & Compliance consulting.

Role includes leading GRC projects, internal controls, BCMS, internal audits, understanding the GRC platform, advising clients, and supporting platform enhancements.

Must be familiar with COSO, ICFR, IIA, SAMA, or similar frameworks and comfortable working with tech-based solutions.

Lead GRC projects and implementation

Design and maintain internal control frameworks

Manage BCMS implementation and audits

Conduct internal audits and risk assessments

Advise clients on GRC platform usage and enhancements

ACCA qualification or equivalent

3–8 years experience in governance, risk & compliance consulting

Strong knowledge of COSO, ICFR, IIA, SAMA, or similar frameworks

Experience with tech-based GRC solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
