Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Assets, Projects etc.)

Understand business processes and map them into Odoo workflows.

Manage users, companies, permissions & security settings.

Configure product categories, chart of accounts, inventory valuation, BOMs, routes, accounting settings, etc.

Provide functional support for daily operations & process improvements.

Train end-users and prepare SOPs, manuals, and process maps.

Support month-end & year-end closure processes.

Reporting & Data Responsibilities

Create, modify, and manage Excel / BI / Odoo reports including :

Financial and stock reports

Integrate data with Power BI (preferred).

Generate and customize PDF reports (QWeb).

Technical & Development Responsibilities

Customize Odoo UI and workflows.

Develop Odoo modules (Python, XML, JS).

Integrate third-party systems & APIs.

Customize Qweb reports & actions.

Bug-fixing, debugging & performance tuning.

Manage Odoo server, updates, and backups.

Maintain security & access rights.

Work closely with functional team and management on enhancements.
