Performance Marketer

to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands funnel strategies, A / B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analytics to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute

performance marketing campaigns

across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads (if applicable), and other digital platforms.

Develop and manage

paid media strategies , ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize

ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversions .

Conduct

A / B testing

on creatives, audiences, and landing pages for continuous improvement.

Perform

keyword research , audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.

Build and optimize

sales funnels , retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences.

Collaborate with creative and content teams for

ad copies, visuals, and video concepts .

Generate

weekly and monthly performance reports

with insights and recommendations.

Manage

ad budgets

across platforms, ensuring efficient utilization and cost control.

Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new performance tools / features.

Requirements

Proven experience with

Meta Ads Manager ,

Google Ads , and basic

GA4 analytics .

Strong understanding of

conversion tracking , pixel setup, and event flows.

Experience in

retargeting ,

remarketing , and

funnel optimization .

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Knowledge of SEO basics (plus point).

Familiarity with CRM tools, automation workflows, and reporting dashboards is a bonus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Monday‑Friday 10AM‑6PM
