Team Lead - .NET Development Strategic Systems International, Pakistan

• The Software Developer / Team Leader is responsible for procedural-level design, development and implementation of application logic required to be created or modified in order to meet project requirements.
• Responsible for technical documentation and identifying the relationship to the business solutions provided. Project work is directed by Project Managers and overseen by Application Architects.
• Providing expertise in the areas of design, development, and implementation of assigned projects.
• Troubleshooting, tuning and performing maintenance work on code produced from any project.
• Furnishing documentation for any new code developed, or old code that lacks it, according to the company's documentation standards.
• Participating on all engineering teams at the assigned level.
• Utilizing approved engineering tools according to the in-house usage policies.
• Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging technologies involved with the project requirements.
• Assisting Application Architects with system-level design elements.
• Challenging teammates and peers to exceed expectations while staying within project timelines.
• Communicating with Project Managers, Quality Assurance, and Application Architects as deemed necessary by project milestones or changes in engineering direction.
• Verbal or written status reports must be given when requested.
• Making recommendations for application enhancements using the proper channels.
• Communicate work plans and progress reports to Project Managers and Team members via documents and formal and informal presentations.
• Work in coordination with other project teams and participate in leadership of project teams.

Job Specification

SKILLS : - Speak and articulate design ideas in written and spoken form in English. - Must understand design patterns from high-performance web systems. - Must be expert level programmer in C#.
