About the Role : We are hiring Telesales / Business Development Executives to join our night shift team. You will work with U.S.-based clients in the healthcare sector, promoting and selling Medical Billing, RCM, and healthcare outsourcing services. This is a great opportunity to build a career in international B2B sales with a fixed USD-based salary + performance bonus. Responsibilities
Engage with U.S.-based clinics, practices, and healthcare organizations (B2B) Conduct cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads Promote and sell healthcare outsourcing services (Medical Billing & RCM) Build strong client relationships and close at least 3 deals per month Achieve a monthly revenue target of $2,000 Handle objections, negotiate, and finalize contracts Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide regular updates Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of education (O / A Levels preferred) Prior experience in U.S. healthcare, medical billing, or RCM is a plus Excellent English communication and consultative selling skills Proven success in telesales, cold calling, and B2B sales Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated Willingness to work on-site night shift (6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM)
