We are looking for skilled and competent PHP WordPress Developers to further develop our suite of plugins and systems.

Job Overview

Are you an experienced and highly skilled WordPress Plugin Developer passionate about WordPress and building robust, scalable web applications? Do you thrive in an environment where your technical expertise sets the standard for excellence and allows you to tackle complex development challenges? If so, we want to talk to you. You’ll join an established and collaborative team of talented developers, contributing to the full development lifecycle of the next generation of UpdraftCentral. This is a crucial role where your deep technical skills will directly influence architectural decisions, coding standards, and the sophisticated development of our product. You will have the option to choose your own hours up to 40 per week, and you can work remotely from anywhere in the world, provided you have 4 hours of crossover with UK working hours per day.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with others on our codebase to implement new features, bug fixes and improvements.
• Work in JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress libraries to write clean, efficient and secure code.
• Write inline documentation and testing guides for your code.
• Manage your own time to fulfil your tasks.
• Research / debug problems on your own or in collaboration with other developers and our support team.
• Your exact responsibilities will depend on your experience, how this fits with other members of the team and subject to discussion and agreement.
