Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland since 1996. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

Full Stack Developer

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Full Stack Developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the product according to business requirements and coding standards.
  • Define ideas for quality improvement and limit cost of delivering the product.
  • Mentor developers and support them in skill development.
  • Support team members with technical activities like setting up environments and defining technical solutions when implementing user stories.
  • Perform technical analysis, prepare ADL with Architecture and Design, Vision and Scope documents.
  • Prepare technical input for offers.
  • Represent Promise Group front of a wider audience and in meetings with the customer.
  • Lead meetings with the customer technical teams (trainings, handovers, requirements gathering, etc.) and internal project teams.
  • Act as a partner to the analyst and provide technical support by doing feasibility studies.
  • Perform code review and share vital comments on how to improve code quality.
  • Prepare technical project documentation (Admin & Operational guides, Disaster Recovery & Backup, etc.).

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in programming within the .NET platform.
  • Solid experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalents).
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with at least one of the following : ASP.NET MVC, WPF, SignalR, WCF, or Web API.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles (SOLID, DRY) and experience with TDD or similar agile development practices.
  • Experience with Entity Framework or another ORM library.
  • Hands‑on experience with relational (SQL) or NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio and experience developing enterprise‑class applications using IIS.
  • Experience building services with communication protocols such as SOAP, REST, or SignalR.
  • Experience with at least one enterprise‑class server (IIS) and one modern front‑end framework (Vue.js, Angular, or React).
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Web API technology.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines, static code analysis tools, unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit), and version control (GIT).
  • At least one of the following certifications :
  • Microsoft Certified : DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ‑400)
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • Fluent English.
